Jacqueline Jo Photography was kind enough to share her beautiful family with Delta Girl for a new display in the studio! I am obsessed with this shoot and the COLORS…..and that IVY. This set is a great example of how to plan a wall before your shoot. Welcome to Delta Girl Distressing BLOG! My name is Sarah Ella Cole, wife to Roger, mom to two sweet boys, Airey and Campbell, and CEO of Delta Girl Frames. I’m a Mississippi Delta girl born and raised. I was a stay at home mom and craved an outlet for my creative side to express my roots. Delta Girl Frames was established in 2009 when I needed to frame some pictures in my home. With a little luck from The Man upstairs and a few months of trial and error, I fashioned frames that would represent my style. A rustic tone coupled with a ‘Southern Belle’ twist of patterns. My vision was born, to create a frame that likens a fabulous throw pillow and the perfect way to add a pop of color or pattern to any room. In 2012, I was commissioned by The Nate Berkus Show to do a hand painted, distressed chevron frame. That experience affirmed my vision and intuition that there was a market for my product.
