m o r e M O D...

obviously i cant get enough metallic and wallpaper inspired designs....so here is the newest addition to the delta girl fam....Mod Floral
This is a new wood type as well, its 8" wide and made from plywood, very heavy and routed around the outer frame to give it a few nice additional touches.
The trim in the inner opening is a metallic gold leaf that is 3" wide and mounts up about 1/2" it really gives it depth. This chunky wood mixed with such a wide inner trim looks super rich and perfect for a more formal space.

Its available for purchase on etsy now!

new trim,new pattern,new metallics!

well 2013 has started off with a BIG bang and i have have been a busy lady! i have a few things to share that are N E W to delta girl. One is my new love of adding metallics to any group to really inspire the vintage feel. This canary yellow and grey set with pops of gold was made for a new baby girl's nursery and it truly ended up making the room.

next on the radar is a N E W trim! The whimsey bubble trim for a newborn photograph or big girl room is just tooooooo cutsie! it is thick and the bubble pops off the frame. you really cant beat a great solid shabby frame...sometimes they are so understated but the perfect matte for a photo.

and last is a N E W pattern...we all know Greek Key is everywhere... on pillows, throws, serving trays, napkins and fabrics....I actually have it on on two side chairs in my living room. A frame is a perfect way to add the modern pattern to your room. This color combo of grey and a metallic silver would showcase a mirror simply chic as well.
For a really neat post on all things GREEK KEY check out this blog .

Hope I got your brains jogging new frame ideas for me! They etsy shop opens for orders Monday! Have a great weekend y'all!

*GOLDEN RULES to remember about owning/working with a "MOMMY" business:
#1. I am the CEO, i am also the Janitor, so remember I am only ONE person and I have only TWO hands, so emailing, picking wood, updating the collection, hand distressing each frame, showcasing and updating Facebook/blog/twitter, painting, and yes even the clean up all takes time so please know I will get to all of your emails and etsy convo's it may just take me 48 hours.
#2. There is no one to call when I am sick or one of my two sweet boys, or even when the hubby falls ill from time to time. Please understand 4 weeks may get pushed a day or three if the house turns into a sick ward ;)
#3. My family IS and will always be my 1st priority, try and remember this when hiccups happen. I am not perfect and i do get MOMMY brain from time to time...try and take it easy on me ;). I want to bring you the most custom and unique frames out there but I also have to run this household, make it to PTA meetings, soccer practices and yes Janitor my own house ;)
#4. Mommy's always want perfection {perfection takes time} and that goes without saying to anyone who has ever purchased a frame from me. As a testimony 80% of my orders all come from repeat customers. What a rewarding experience to put love and time and attention into something and receive the greatest compliment, which is REPEAT business. I would NEVER want to RUSH your order or frame and thats why i try to give you as much details up front to make it easier for us both!

Please remember to follow my studio Found! Here is a Ho Ho Ho from the girls!
